1. Services

 We provide graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, website graphics, and marketing materials. All services are subject to availability and our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

 All designs created by VPS Web Solutions remain the intellectual property of VPS Web Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the designs for their intended purposes. Redistribution, resale, or modification of our work without permission is strictly prohibited.We’re here to help! 3. Payments and Refunds 

    Payment Policy

      a. Payment Terms

           * Full payment or a deposit (as agreed) is required before work begins.

           * Remaining balances must be paid before the final files are delivered.

      b. Project Commencement

           * Work begins only after payment confirmation. 

           * If a deadline is specified, it is calculated from the date of payment clearance.

      c. Late Payments

           * Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation.

           * A late fee may apply for overdue invoices.

    Refund Policy

      a. Non-Refundable Payments

           * Payments for custom graphic design work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

      b. Refund Eligibility

          Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

           * If the project is canceled before any work has begun, a full refund may be provided.

           * If the client is unsatisfied and no substantial progress has been made, a partial refund may be considered.

      c. Revisions Instead of Refunds

           * If you are unhappy with the design, we offer revisions based on your feedback instead of refunds.

      d. Force Majeure

           * Refunds may be granted if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from completing the project.

      e. Chargebacks and Disputes

           * If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, the client forfeits all rights to the delivered work.

4. Revisions and Approvals

    * Clients are entitled to revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

    * Final approval of designs must be provided in writing before completion.

5. Client Responsibilities

    * Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their design requirements.

    * Any delays in communication or approvals may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

 We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our designs, including but not limited to printing errors, branding misalignment, or copyright infringement issues caused by third-party use.

7. Confidentiality

 All client information and project details are kept confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if clients violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

9. Changes to Terms

 We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
